Premae Skincare Harmony Multi-Vit Smoothie Serum Review

Are you subscribed to Glossybox or have you been in the past? If yes, then you have probably already come across the brand Premae Skincare. I was invited to a Premae Skincare event back in October at their office in St. Albans. Not long ago, I went to another Premae event; this time at their newly launched London flagship store by Carnaby Street as a part of the London Beauty Bloggers meetup group. As a short summary of the latest event; everyone got a free facial, a chance to try out the entire Premae product range in the shop and indulge in wine and mince pies.

Premae is a natural and allergen free brand, which aims to give those who suffers from problematic skin a mild chemical-free alternative. The brand was found two years ago by Clare, who is one of the most beautiful and inspiring women I’ve met. Her passion and belief is definitely a part of the rapid growth of this award winning brand Premae.

Premae Skincare Harmony Multi-Vit Serum Review* (£22.50/50ml)

Product Description:
Prep and prime your delicate skin with this lightweight shine-control serum, silky yet mattifying. The grape seed blended formula offers a comforting barrier cream to soothe redness, and smooth the uneven texture, perfect for applying makeup on top. Gently provides a protective second skin barrier and shields the skin against free radicals, environmental changes and chemicalised makeup. Leaves skin healthy, fresh and smoothed. Directions: Morning and night as a daily primer to prep and protect skin. Mix with liquid foundation to create a shine-control natural BB cream!

My View:
(Smell): The main ingredient is lemongrass, which is rather obvious once you’ve smelt it. I think the smell of lemongrass on its own is very sharp and refreshing! As for this product, the smell was refreshing and soothing due to the blend of lemongrass oil and coconut oil. (Texture): The texture of Harmony Multi-Vit Serum is light and silky and easy to apply, although it looks a little cream-like in the picture above.

(Result): Even though Harmony Multi-Vit Serum is for combination/oily skin, I still found this serum rather moisturising which is always a good thing. I have combination skin and it left my skin rather smooth and “mattified”. The good thing about this serum is that you can use it as a base for foundation, sort of like a primer, or you can simply mix it with foundation for a lighter coverage!

This Premae Harmony Multi-Vit Serum is great for young skin (when anti-ageing doesn’t come first) that needs something simple and calming. In addition, it’s also great for those who needs a natural alternative to makeup primers.

Have you tried Premae Skincare? What do you think of the brand?
Background: Claremont Landscape Gardens once again, back when the grass was green and trees were orange/yellow (with leaves!!!). I wanted a nature-landscape setting for this product because the brand Premae Skincare is as natural as you can get.
