I was invited to a House of Fraser press day (#HOFpressday) for a preview of their spring and summer (SS15) collection earlier this week! I went there aiming to have a look at the fashion section, but I enjoyed browsing through the home section even more! I wish that I lived in the show room!
In terms of bags, the things to look out for are definitely block colours and graphical shapes and patterns such as the Orla Kiely Flower Totes. Nevertheless, chunky clutches like the Lipstick and Headphone clutch by Lulu Guinness are totally in too!
The clothes are more toned down focusing on white, black and silver. In addition, House of Fraser will also be stocking up on classic colours like yellow, orange and blue. Other than that, big floral patterns, tropical prints, dip dye and laser cuts are things to look out for too!
I’m not an expert when it comes to home deco, but the themes explored at the press show include Mono Dark, Old Maritime, Seascape and California Kitsch.
In case you can’t wait for the summer to come before making a purchase at House of Fraser, then you’ll be pleased to know that House of Fraser will be taking part in Black Friday (28th November) and Cyber Monday (1st December). Keep those dates noted in your diaries, there’ll be some amazing deals going up for those dates!

I kind of fell in love with the Therapy dresses. So pretty and so utterly my style. I didn't get to see the home section because I forgot there was one! it looks amazing.
