PartyLite Christmas Candles Review

My favourite things about Christmas are fairy lights, Christmas songs, and most important of all, scented candles, like these ones from PartyLite! Also, can you believe that Christmas is only 9 days away? We’re almost there! I’ve almost sorted out my Christmas presents for everyone, but I’m very behind when it comes to decorations as I STILL haven’t put up my Christmas tree! 🙁 However, I have made sure that my mantelpiece is complete with crackers, tinsels and pretty candles! When it comes to pretty table decorations and scented candles, PartyLite is my number one destination as they have anything from…

Years & Years Exclusive Gig with HP Lounge

One of the best things about blogging is being able to go to exclusive events and meet a whole bunch of people who think just like me! I recently got invited to a HP event for the launch of their exclusive HP Star Wars laptop and HP Lounge. That’s not all! To celebrate the amazing HP Lounge App , HP also invited Years & Years to perform at Koko in London on the 2nd December. It’s not everyday that you get invited to see one of your favourite bands perform at a gig, so I was over the moon when…

JewelleryBox Pop-up Shop

A few days ago, I went to a Winter Wonderland bloggers gathering at the JewelleryBox’s pop-up store in Brixton. The event was organised by Scarlett (SL Blogger Events) and JewelleryBox themselves. It took place on one of the coldest days this year, so getting there was a bit of a trek! Nevertheless, the trip was worthwhile as I got to see a few of my favourite bloggers including Jess, Albertine, Carolin, Scarlett, Fran and Rebecca. In addition, I also met Laura, Zarina, Belle, Izzi and Marian. Besides that, I got two glitter tattoos (one on each arm) from Glimmer Tattoos, which looked so…

Fashion Forward Flightwear

Earlier this week, I wrote a blog post about my visit to the Dressed by Angels costume exhibition at the Old Truman Brewery. The exhibition was extraordinary and it inspired me to create my own costume designs… or at least  some simple outfit sketches. I’m not a regular sketcher, but I thought I’d do my best to create a cool outfit using my not-so-good sketching skills! Thankfully, after an hour and a half of trying and after multiple test sketches, I managed to create a piece that I was relatively happy with! As you can see (or maybe not),…

Dressed by Angels: Costume Exhibition

Earlier this month, I went to see a costume exhibition in London. It’s called Dressed by Angels and features over 120 costumes from a large list of world-renowned film, television, theatre and music shows, worn by some of the biggest celebrities. Here are some of my favourites, but there are definitely a lot more to see! I won’t be revealing all the secrets today, so if you do want to see the full collection, then remember to visit the exhibition – it’s on until 3rd January 2016! Entering the exhibition was like being transported to a different world! The costumes…
